Exercise Tips

Do a warm up for 5-10 minutes before you stretch. Warm muscles will stretch more easily. Don’t bounce when you stretch. This can cause micro-tears that you will feel 2-3 days later. Do hydrate properly, approximately one cup of water for every 20 minutes of exercise. Don’t hydrate with drinks high in sugar or caffeine.
