A little preventative care goes a long way in maintaining your feet. Read on to find out what you can do to reduce foot problems. Stretch your feet and toes every day and try to wear a variety of shoes to stimulate different muscles and nerve endings in your feet. Foot pain should not be ignored – see a healthcare professional as soon as possible.
